At this budget, you should be looking at at least a full HD display (1080p), along with 1080p video recording capabilities on the phone. Megapixels on the camera don’t really matter as much as you’d think they do. Also, the best phones under Rs 20,000 come with Snapdragon 8xx series of processors. Snapdragon 808 is, of course, at the top of the list. Also, 2GB RAM is bare minimum in the smartphones around this price, while 3GB is preferable. In terms of battery size, anything over 2,600-2,700mAh should be good enough. As for the software, get something with at least Android 5.0. Lastly, go for 4G phones.
